You’re the backbone of the night. From bar flow to security coordination, you’re making sure everything runs smooth, safe, and high-energy from doors to last call.
🔥 Core Responsibilities
Bar & Beverage Ops
Lead bar service for speed, quality, and consistency
Keep all bar areas dialed before, during, and after events
Make sure bartenders are on point and guests are taken care of
Staff Management
Hire, train, and schedule bartenders + barbacks
Run pre-shift meetings and set the tone
Hold the team accountable while keeping morale high
Jump in when it gets busy—lead from the front
Security Management
Oversee all security staff during events
Run security briefings (crowd control, entry flow, emergencies)
Ensure ID checks, bag checks, and policy compliance
Stay ahead of issues before they escalate
Be the bridge between security and management
Document/report incidents and follow through
Event Execution
Be the go-to person during events
Coordinate with DJs, promoters, and production
Oversee setup + breakdown
Solve problems in real time without killing the vibe
Compliance & Safety
Enforce liquor laws and venue policies
Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
Keep capacity and restricted areas under control
Venue Operations
Keep the venue clean, organized, and ready
Oversee supplies, equipment, and maintenance
Help improve systems and workflows
Who You Are:
Natural leader with a positive, team-first mindset
Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
Experience in nightlife, bar, or event operations is a big plus
Not afraid to get hands-on when needed
